We use flat shipping fees. No, it doesn’t.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within three business days, often already on the same day. However, orders dispatched to addresses outside of the EU may require an extra day or two of processing due to the additional work with the documentation related to custom requirements.
We work Monday-Friday at 9.00–5.00 pm, GMT + 2, and orders are dispatched on a daily basis. The time of delivery depends on where you live. The delivery time for orders within Finland usually take 1-4 business days, within Europe it is between 3-5 business days whereas orders to other continents require 7-16 business days. However, we’ve noted that on occasion deliveries take longer. If your order has not arrived as you expected, please let us know. Larger shipments are traceable, and we will do our outmost to find out the whereabouts of your particular shipment. Please note that Inge Löök Oy Ab Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Please note that orders containing matches may require specific shipping to some countries, such as economy shipping. If so, this may add up to a week to the delivery time, again depending on what part of the world you live in. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship matches to some destinations due to shipping restrictions on matches.

I’d like to purchase a painting by Inge Löök. What do I do?
Digital prints of Inge Löök’s art is mainly sold in connection to exhibitions. Alternatively, and upon agreement, these numbered and signed prints are available from our warehouse if you’d like to pick up your print in person. We do not ship framed prints by mail or delivery services. The reason is that this requires particular, troublesome and time consuming preparation of the paintings in such a manner that it is not reasonable for us. And yet, in the past, our experience is that despite our most sincere efforts, paintings have arrived damaged.
However, we have recently started to sell unframed signed and numbered digital prints shipped rolled up in a tube and so far both customers and we are happy with this option.
What’s more, we offer Inge Löök’s art on canvas and in poster size. For more information regarding processing times, prices and shipping alternatives of digital and canvas prints or posters, please send us a message via our Contact page.
